Well, that's the image they are trying to create for themselves, with the arrival of the GreenHeart Series. Currently, there's a C901 GreenHeart and a new, more basic and affordable Naite, a candybar featuring a 2mp camera. Both of these phones are fairly good looking.
Now the question is, how are they making it eco-friendly?
SE claims to be bundling electronic manuals in the phone, rather than printing it out on paper. Now I don't know about the more recent models, but my w580i manual was useless on paper anyways. The casing of the phones will be made of recycled plastic too.
